Expand from individual insight to team facililtation.

How the Blindspotting Assessment helps leaders and coaches create impactful behavior change.
The program takes place over approximately 14 weeks. It is a combination of asynchronous work and live trainings. There are 5 live sessions scheduled throughout the 14 weeks. All, but one are one hour in duration. One is two hours long. There will be opportunities to engage with our coaches and receive feedback on practice sessions.
The program should take approximately 32 hours to complete in total. On average, this works out to 2-3 hours per week. While some weeks will be more, others will be less.
We recognize that people have busy schedules. We have tried to balance the program to include a combination of both live sessions and asynchronous work. There are 4-5 live sessions. Most are for 1 hour, but the primary assessment training is 2 hours. Other work will be asynchronous or at your convenience.
Upon successful completion of the certification program, you will be Blindspotting Assessment Certified.
